The appraiser for each file is hand selected and based upon geographical competency. We conduct a pre-delivery review on every report, reviewing and evaluating every appraisal to ensure accuracy. Compliance
We require a high level of efficiency, accuracy and compliance with USPAP, Frank-Dodd and FHA standards as well as lender specific guidelines from every appraiser on our panel. Each appraisal comes with our Certificate of Compliance, assuring lenders and investors that the appraisal has been performed according to an arms-length process that meet and exceed any present or pending regulatory requirements.

Appraisal Management of Utah has partnered with a professional appraisal software company to offer a total appraisal management solution. This state of the art on-line ordering, payment, tracking and reporting system will deliver the completed appraisal to the lender or mortgage broker.
